Now you have the opportunity to become part of our fantastic team at one of our largest pharmacies within Kronans Apoteks Värld - Kronans Apotek Hemse Gotland.

At Kronans Apotek Hemse, you are welcomed to a pharmacy with southern Gotland as its catchment area, as well as large parts of the rest of Sweden and other countries during the summer! The pharmacy is located next to a large healthcare center with which we have a good relationship. In the catchment area, there are various types of residences that collect medications from us, home care services, nursing care, agricultural companies, veterinary clinics, and a substantial number of very nice regular customers. We cater to a large network of both returning customers and many tourists during the summer. Therefore, we hope you enjoy working in an environment where the pace varies depending on the season.

In the area and nearby, there are grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, gyms, and a lot of other services. We who work here are a cheerful and competent team of four pharmacists and three pharmacy technicians. For us, it is important to see and listen to the customer, share knowledge, support each other in everyday life, and have fun together.

The daily work is varied and includes everything from advice and sales of medications and self-care products to working with inventory management, campaign work, quality, and development. The role also includes creating participation within the pharmacy and fostering good group dynamics. You are responsible, like all of us, for ensuring that the business complies with the laws, regulations, and ordinances that apply to an outpatient pharmacy.

• Salary supplement 💰 5000 SEK extra per month for three years for those who choose to move or commute to Hemse to become part of our team.
• Bonus 🏆 Because we want you to thrive and flourish, we offer an annual bonus of 60,000 SEK during your first three years with us (psst... a total of up to 180,000 SEK 😉). This is our way of thanking you for choosing to build your future here with us!

The pharmacy is open from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays. We offer a permanent full-time position with the possibility of part-time work, and you will be welcomed by pharmacy manager Lena Linden and her team. Start date by agreement. The salary supplement and bonus are proportional to or directly linked to the employment rate.

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, and who want to share and inspire with your knowledge to both colleagues and customers to contribute to good medication use and health. Whether experienced or not, we are all good mentors and care for each other.
